Now, aren’t you proud of yourself? You have had 75 oz. of good water to drink throughout the day. If you weigh 150 pounds you are right on target. We need 1/2 our body weight in ounces of water each day. Some doctors say you don’t need much water; they also say 3 bowel movements a week is okay—don’t believe that!
